Project Overview
On this project we worked in collaboration with the estate agents Knight Frank.
They got in contact with us because they had a problem selling a property in Effingham.
The property had a massive pond in the back garden built by the previous owner, which was really unsafe and not appealing to house buyers.
We excavated the whole area creating a garden with three different levels. We built a retaining wall around the second level with a ramp for easy access through to the bottom of the garden.
We also added turf to the area and new planting. The client was extremely happy with the end result.
